One is the traditional voice brokering method where we use a combination of voice and email to communicate with participating suppliers. The second is through an Electronic Reverse Auction. This process invites suppliers to formally compete in an online platform for your business. The process continues until the lowest price is discovered and no new prices are entered. The auction is run online for you and your team to monitor ensuring a fair and fully transparent competition. There is no obligation to transact in either process.
